About Me
Oh hi. I'm Emily. Welcome to my blog. I've been here in some form for quite a while (nearly three years now, wow). What started as a way to focus healthy energy towards balancing running with eating in a way that makes me happy and energized has turned into way more than I could have imagined. I've made lifelong friendships, expanded my cooking repertoire and love of food, and perhaps most importantly, come to understand and accept parts of myself that I'm not sure I would have otherwise.
These days, I'm less focused on running (although I still love it) and more focused on maintaining some type of balance while I'm working full time as a managing editor, loving exercise and being outdoors, reading, being around family and friends, trying out and creating new recipes, and just generally trying to figure out where I'm headed and how I'll get there.
