Hey guys! Happy Emilyday! Its been a crazy day – well a crazy week –and I just wanted to check in to say hi! I’m currently eating a delicious but cop-out dinner – an Amy’s corn tamale with rice and some roasted broccoli. Yum.
My parents are coming to visit for the weekend – they get here at noon tomorrow and I couldn’t be more excited. I hope to post some of our delicious meals from the weekend so stay tuned. For now, I’m going to relax and watch some Thursday night tv with a good thought and perhaps some ice cream thrown in.

Hey, I can beat your cop-out meal... I did something extremely rare for me... went through the wendy's drive thru and ordered a salad and french fries... hit the spot though!

Have fun with your parents. My dad came to visit last weekend and it was lots of fun.
I get to see my mom this weekend too! Yay for family :) We're taking a cooking class and doing some shopping. Hope you enjoy your visit this weekend.
