Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! I know that officially, its Guest Post Wednesday, but I figured that since I’ve been pretty sporadic these days, I probably could count as my own guest. :) Anywho, I hope that you are having a good week. Its been super humid and warm around these parts. I wish it would storm already so that we get some relief!
So, this morning, I dragged my butt out of bed this morning and met my pal Jillian. [Sidenote: Is anyone watching Losing it with Jillian? I love it! So good.] I decided that instead of doing the Last Chance Workout, I would get back to my Jillian roots and do 30 Day Shred Level 1. Man, is that hard. The combination moves are brutal. It was one of those mornings that I was still sweating after the shower. Sick.
Breakfast was cool and refreshing – multigrain cereal flakes topped with raspberries, nanner, skim milk, chia seeds and cinnamon.
Lunch was a treat but not very aesthetically pleasing – cottage cheese mixed with chick peas, garlic powder, black pepper and a bit of hot sauce with veggies (squash, onion, bell pepper and eggplant) coated in curry and sautéed until delicious. They were leftovers from last night’s dinner.
Snack was a pb&j larabar. Such a treat.
Since tonight is a class night, I had to pack my dinner too. I feel like the queen of tupperware on these days. Yikes. I packed a spinach salad with beets, more chick peas, a boiled egg and blush wine dressing along with some hummus and the last of a bag of black bean tortilla chips.
I think its time for this girl to wind down, but I hope you guys have a great night. Emilyday tomorrow! :)
