Tabata Monday 3.0

Hey guys! Happy Monday! Just checking in to give you today's Tabata workout. Today, Brian has scheduled:

2. Scissor Kick/ Mirror 4-Cone Drill

3. Burpees/ Plank

4. Scissor Kick/ Mirror 4-Cone Drill


For rounds 2 and 4, we'll be spending 2 minutes on each exercise in the usual tabata style - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
