Hey guys! Happy Monday! Happy Short Week! Happy almost Thanksgiving! :) This year more than any, I’m thankful for my family and friends. I am really working on recognizing how lucky I am to have such wonderful people around me (you all included) each and every day. It truly is amazing. :)
Today, I started off with a piece of whole wheat and flax bread with pb and nanner. Yum.
Lunch was leftover veggie stew with some pumpkin corn bread. It was so good. The cornbread was still really moist all thanks to the pumpkin (and the love, can’t forget the love).
Snack was a plain oikos yogurt with apricot jam and some golean. Yum.
After work, I did a killer elliptical work out – 40 minutes of hills alternating between bollocks to the wall and then moderate pace. I was tired and shweaty by the end, for sure!
Instead of heading straight home, I had the urge to do some shopping, so I did! I went to Old Navy and ended up with a cute pair of cords and two shirts, all for $31!! It was awesome. :)
When I got home, I was more than ready for dinner. I wanted something fast and delicious – so a pita sammich it was. I stuffed a whole wheat pita with provolone cheese, a quorn chikn cutlet, spinach, dill pickle and honey mustard. I also steamed some broccoli and cut up half a bell pepper and a carrot to dip in some hummus. It was quite yummy and satisfying.
Now its time to chillax! I have my lunch packed for tomorrow and so its easy street! Before I go though, I just wanted to share another song with you – the song (and video) is wonderful. It makes me so happy. I hope you enjoy it too!!

Way to go on the shweaty workout, hehe! :) We went to Old Navy yesterday too! Love that store!! Actually is it sad that I liked the little girls' clothes better than the women's?? There were a few skirts that I was really wishin' they had in my size!!!
I adore Coldplay! Never heard that song though!! Loved it - thanks for continuing my musical education!! :) Andrew will be so impressed when he sees me listening to this song! He's very into music - constantly downloads stuff onto his iPod.

i'm so excited for the holiday! I love getting together with family!
However, I have to work wed, friday, sat, and sun. so it isn't exactly a short work week for me!
