Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! How has it been? Mine went pretty well. It was super busy but productive and class is over for the week which is always a relief. I think this power Wednesday definitely took a lot out of me though – I’m beat!
I woke up a bit early this morning to get a workout in before work. I ended up doing a half hour on the stairclimber (it was harrrd) followed by three sets of five walking push ups. I love walking push ups. Thank you Jillian! :)
Breakfast was divided in two since I was pretty hungry when I woke up and needed some workout fuel. I split a pb and raspberry sandwich in half and had half before my workout and half after. Scrumptious.
My desk lunch was a packed salad – baby spinach topped with carrots, raisins and a hard boiled egg. I used some Newman’s Own Honey Mustard dressing and had some organic black bean tortilla chips on the side. Yummers!
