Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! How has it been? Mine went pretty well. It was super busy but productive and class is over for the week which is always a relief. I think this power Wednesday definitely took a lot out of me though – I’m beat!
I woke up a bit early this morning to get a workout in before work. I ended up doing a half hour on the stairclimber (it was harrrd) followed by three sets of five walking push ups. I love walking push ups. Thank you Jillian! :)
Breakfast was divided in two since I was pretty hungry when I woke up and needed some workout fuel. I split a pb and raspberry sandwich in half and had half before my workout and half after. Scrumptious.
During lunch I slipped out and got a hair cut. I’m digging it. It always looks so nice after I leave the salon. We’ll see how it looks tomorrow! :)
My desk lunch was a packed salad – baby spinach topped with carrots, raisins and a hard boiled egg. I used some Newman’s Own Honey Mustard dressing and had some organic black bean tortilla chips on the side. Yummers!
Snack was a plain fage with a nanner chopped into it. ‘Nuf said.
For dinner, I picked up a wrap on my way to class. Hummus, guac, honey mustard and a ton of lettuce, sprouts, onion and tomato in a lavash roll up. So delicious.
I was STARVING when I got home from class so I quickly made a pb&j bowl with more plain greek and some heart to heart mixed in.
Now, its time for bed! Night my lovely friends!! :)

I'm loving that breakfast! I'm a big fan of peanut butter and fruit sandwiches!
I just tried the banana in yogurt yesterday and it's wonderful! Are you going to share your haircut?
Wait, wait, wait... did you say you LOVE walking push ups??! Oh geez... will you do mine for me please?!! hehe!!
PB and raspberry sandwich looks great!! I've never tried that combo before and bet I'd love it!! :)
