Hey guys! Happy... Wednesday!? I keep mixing up the days and can't figure it out. I almost asked my boss how her weekend was, haha. Yikes. That sick day really messed me up. :)
Despite that, I've had a pretty good day so far. I slept so well last night which is exactly what I needed. For breakfast, I had a bowl of oats with sunbutter and nanner. Deliciousness.
For lunch, I forgot my leftovers and really didn't feel like my tummy was ready for a salad, so I decided on a cup of the potato leek soup. It was souper (get it?) good. I had it alongside a peach and some kashis.
Snack this afternoon was a cherry pie larabar. Not my favorite, but its the only flavor available nearby - weird huh?
After work, I decided it was too nice not to run. I decided to go out and do a five miler which hasn't happened in a long time! I took it nice and easy and finished in about 44 minutes. It felt good to get out.
After a shower, I hit the grocery store for some goodies and then headed home to have some dinner (can you say leftovers??). We are meeting for a brief class session at 8, so I have to scarf and run.
I made some instant brown rice and added some newmans black bean n corn salsa on top of the whole mess....mmmmm.....
OH I also tried a new flavor of 10 calorie vitamin water - peach mandarin. Its quite tasty.
