My breakfast consisted of a whole wheat english muffin with sunbutter and a nanner. It was yummy. I really like sunbutter and I'm quite happy to have been recently acquainted. :)
Around 11, before the lunch rush, I hit up the gym for about an hour. I did 30 hard minutes on the stairclimber and then did some walking push ups and shred style reverse crunches. It was a great workout.
For lunch, of course I couldn't wait to break into the leftovers from last night. I coined the phrase "Brindian" to refer to this delicious meal. Its Brian's take on Indian and quite yummy in the tummy.
Snack was the same as yesterday, plus some golean crunch.
I quickly headed home before class to have some dinner and made myself a sandwich with tempeh, whole wheat bread, lettuce and red pepper. On the side I had some chipotle hummus with organic "mediterranean" pita chips.
Class got out at 7:30 and I was so excited to do some cleaning and pack lunch for tomorrow and Friday. It's nice to have all of that done so now I can relax, blog, and read. Yay for that!
For a snack, I had three of my no bake oaties with some milk. I drizzled them with some honey and they were divine.
