Heyo! Hope you guys are having great Wednesdays! The rain has returned but its not ruining my vacation mood, for sure. Its so nice to think about sleeping in and taking my time tomorrow. No where to be, no rushing. :)
Anywhoodles. For lunch today, I decided to go with a bowl of yummyness:
This included plain chobani, banana, go lean and a big spoon of pb.
Snack this afternoon was a great little nectarine. It wasn't quite ripe enough but tasty nonetheless. :)
For dinner, I made a wrap using a whole grain light lavish bread, hummus, spinach, cuc and a black bean veggie burger. The perfect fuel for my class!
For class-related low-energy relief, I also had a chocolate raspberry luna bar. My favorite. :)
Class went really well tonight - and we got out early too! Our advisor is really good at breaking things down so that our thesis doesn't seem so overwhelming. I think I have a good idea for a topic I'm very interested in (environmental sustainability) and I'm pretty excited about it.
Like usual, I was hankering for an after school snack and so I toasted a whole wheat english muffin and put some pb on it. Along with some decaf tea, its definitely hitting the spot.
