I didn't get to bed as early as I had expected last night, but after some major snooze button use, I managed to get myself up to do some yoga before work. I chose to do the flexibility-focused session which never disappoints. It woke me up and made my stiff morning-joints loosen up. :)
Breakfast today was a couple pieces of toast with almond butter and banana and an iced coffee.
And lunch was magnificent leftovers! I placed the leftovers on top of some fresh spinach and drizzled some hot chili sauce over top before nuking it for a couple minutes to wilt the spinach and heat the roasted tofu and veggies. It was delicious. :)
Snack today was broken in two: first, an apple and a square of hersheys dark chocolate...
Then, the same awesome yogurt combo as yesterday:
I'm just hanging out now waiting for the boy to finish up work for the day (we met here at work in the gym, he works in a different department though). After we get out, its off to track!
I'll try and post a dinner post, but we're going to be at Brian's parents' house tonight to see his mom for her birthday. :) If not, I'll see you guys tomorrow!
