How are your Thursdays going? Without new NBC tv, my excitement for Thursday does wane a bit. I'm still excited that its so close to Friday though. :)
I woke up early enough this morning to do some yoga before work - my fav. Today I did the flexibility section of my Rodney DVD (25 minutes). I told my supervisor about the DVD and she ordered it and tried it this morning for the first time. It seems like she really liked it, which is great. I really recommend it.
With the heat, I knew it was going to be a cereal kind of morning. I had a bowl of kashi go lean crunch with half a huge nanner and low fat milk. With an iced coffee of course.

Even though lunch came quickly, I was more than ready for it - my tummy was growling! I had a wrap similar to the one I had Monday night - Sabra olive hummus, tempeh, and orange bell pepper on a whole wheat light wrap. For lunch dessert (lessert?) I had the other half of the banana from breakfast with almond butter. Delish.

Snack today was another iced green tea (it is so good from the local coffee shop, almost minty!) along with a plain chobani with a chocolate brownie z bar crumbled in. So good.

I stayed after work to get school work done because I knew the minute I got home I would be distracted. I got a lot done on my presentation for Wednesday - its pretty much finished - which is awesome.
After that, I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the spin bike. I was sweaty and tired so I'll consider it a success!
I couldn't wait for dinner by the time I got back, so I went to my quick go-to dinner - eggs. Today I chose fresh broccoli and veggie sausage to go in with 1 egg and 2 egg whites.


I served the delicious omelette over 2 slices of whole grain toast with roasted tomato and corn salsa. So good.
I'm definitely going to have some rice pudding with trail mix topping tonight. Yum!

We're almost to Friday! Have a great night guys!
