When I last left you, I was about to head to the gym to change and go for a run. I was feeling pretty beat and not really into it but I told myself that I'd only needed to go out for 15 minutes and then back and I got through it. It was probably 3.7 or 3.8 miles. Once I got back, I met Brian in the gym and I did some pretty intense ab and arm circuits with the exercise ball and 8 pound weights. I spent about 20 minutes at that and then moved to the stairclimber for a 15 minute cap off. Between yoga and my afternoon running/weight/stairclimbing session, yesterday was a kick-a-- workout day! :)
Needless to say I was super hungry by the time I finished all of that - luckily I packed myself some heart to heart to crunch on before we got to dinner.

We didn't end up at the Thai place because we were running a bit late. We stopped at a Panera on the way and both got the 1/2 salad with black bean soup. Brian got their new apple salad without chicken and I got the greek salad. Both were awesome and the hunk a hunk a bread was so fresh and delicious.

We stopped at a DD/convenience store because Brian was still feeling snacky and so I got a medium decaf latte lite with splenda. Its so good!
As promised, I packed Brian and I some mini chocolates for the movie - I had a dark and a regular chocolate hershey's mini square and then a mini reeses. We really liked "I Love You Man" we were laughing the entire time.
We went to bed last night with the resolve to get up before work and hit the gym. When the alarm went off though, it was a different story, as usual. After hitting the snooze a few times, we both decided it would make us feel better to go and so we did. I had about 40 minutes in the gym so I decided to use the Arc Trainer to do the hill session at level 5. It was so difficult first thing in the morning and I was sweeeeaaatyyy. Yikes!
I could NOT wait for breakfast and rushed to make some oats with low fat milk, a huge banana and a hefty scoop of all natural crunchy pb. I got my coffee after breakfast again and it was lovely to savor.

I surprisingly wasn't feeling that hungry before lunch (the power of oats, I tell ya) but I was definitely ready for my Garden Broccoli V8 soup and the last crumbles of my asiago Kashis. They were really good thrown in the soup.

Snack this afternoon was a delicious pink lady apple and a vanilla chobani with a few heart to heart pieces thrown in for crunch.

I already started my "dinner" a bit early (my hunger hit me late today) and had some baby carrots with hummus.
I'm planning on making a morningstar teriyaki rice cake sammy with a bit more hummus to take along with a 10 calorie vitamin water and a chocolate coconut larabar to class.

I'm so tired so I'm hoping to get to bed early tonight which means I may not be back to post again. Hope you guys have a great night!

Edited to add:
Just wanted to give you guys the update - my presentation went really well (I got an A!) and class went by super quickly. As usual, I was super hungry when I got home so I heated up a bowl of 1/2 a packet of organic flax seed instant oats and 1/2 a packet of apple cinnamon instant oats. It was quite tasty and quelled my hunger!
