I woke up pretty hungry this morning and had some bran flakes with banana and low fat milk along with a chocolate cappuccino coffee with low fat milk and splenda.

I also had a snack of low fat plain cottage cheese around 10. The protein definitely did the trick in waking me up and filling me up a bit.

For lunch I had another V8 Soup (courtesy of Brian's mom). This time it was Italian style tomato and herb. It was so tasty with hunks of whole garlic and veggies. There is also a ton in the carton and is very low calorie, which is a plus! I also had a whole wheat english muffin with roasted red pepper hummus on it.
