Well, I went with the Peanut Z Bar and it was a good choice, definitely. :)
After work I headed over to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical on the hill program at level 8 followed by abs and push ups and then 15 minutes on the stairclimber on level 7. It was a good workout - especially before my run with the club tomorrow morning. I'm hoping we'll do 10 miles again.
Once I got home I changed and made some dinner. It was another quick meal with a mushroom lover's veggie burger on whole wheat english muffin with ketchup and whole grain mustard, broccoli and peas, a cheese stick and some tortilla chips with salsa. It was tasty, satisfying and ready in a flash. :)
I'm going to do a lot of relaxing tonight especially since I'm planning such an early morning. Yay for the weekend!
I had an awesome dessert before bed - plain lowfat yogurt with a banana macadamia nut granola bar and some chocolate chips on top. It was quite yummy!
